Perfect Touch picks

Post by Lonnie Zsigray »

Does anyone on here happen to know what is happening with Perfect Touch fingerpicks. I placed an order about 2 weeks ago. It was processed and payment was accepted and they were suppose to ship. As of today, no picks yet and no answer to multiple emails about where the picks are at. I tried the phone number on their website but it tells me the mailbox is full and can't take any messages. I understand that shipments sometimes take a while but at least I expect someone to answer my inquiries. Thanks.

I see a message on their site stating they're closed for orders until after the first of the year, maybe you missed the window? I have a pair I bought at the Dallas show a few years ago that I don't use, if you want them to get you by in the meantime just send me your address and they're yours!

Really? Wonder why they said my order was on its way. Also got an email from them wanting my feedback on the picks. Must be a computer generating those messages.

I would cancel the order immediately and contest the charge with your cc if necessary. To suspend doing business but to NOT disable your website's ability to accept money, whether due to unforeseen emergency, ineptitude, or malicious intent, is a serious issue and there is no reason to accept that it is your problem.
I am sad because I've done business with her and she seemed like a nice person.

Lonnie--I have a pair of Perfect Touch picks you may have if your order does not get processed soon. Send a private message to me with your mailing address. No $$ to me, but a small donation to the forum (e.g., the cost of postage?) would be appreciated by all. Michael
