Does anyone know if Franklin ever made a lacquered
Body ? Or were they all mica

Yes, they made some. I saw Paul playing this one at the Dallas show a while back.

Paul also has a Red lacquer D10 as well - natural top and wood necks.

Show Pro was also making bodies for new MSA Legend at one point , not sure if they’re still doing it … but Show Pro makes some of the most beautiful guitars out there …
