5 Month Progress

A few more days will make 5 months I’ve been playing this thing. I absolutely love it, and it’s changed my life completely. I play everyday, and I hope to take it as far as god and my talent will let me. I sure appreciate everyone’s help on here, and being a member here has helped me quite a bit so far.

This is the very steel guitar solo that got me into this instrument. That sound was forever planted in my head, and it’s all thanks to one man whom inspires me every day, my #1 hero, Mr. Bruce Bouton.

Joe, he’s my absolute favorite that’s ever been, the dude is bigger than Michael Jackson in my eyes. Everything he plays is so good, and his tone is incredible. One of the biggest things I admire about him is he plays for the singer. He knows exactly when to play and when to not play, I study that part a lot.
