John Lemay Nashville 400 in Head Cab w/MOD tank [CLOSE]
90s era NV400 sent to John Lemay at Miracle Audio in the early 90s for the complete in house mod. Speaker outlet jack installed at rear of chassis.
Recent MOD reverb tank installed 9EB2C1B. Much better sound than the orig. tank. Has short Ken Fox replacement 'verb cables.
I built the head cabinet several years ago from MDF material and is covered in black vinyl, not Tolex.
Also has a large spring loaded handle in one end which makes it more comfortable to tote. Added glides on opposite end. Replaced plug on power cord.
Asking $500 plus shipping. Money orders only. Cash only in person. Contact my PM. Shipping to conus only.
This has been my workhorse amp for several years. It works just fine and is in good shape. The obvious bumps and bruises from use but nothing serious.
I have to make some space in my music room. I'm in the process of downsizing or maybe selling out. Otherwise, I'd be keeping this jewel.
Act now if interested as I may decide to pull the ad anytime.
My policy for all sales is to give first consideration to local pickup or meeting within the region regardless of order of response.

The best sounding Nashville 400 I’ve had over the years was with the Lemay mod. The Lemay mod added so much depth to the EQ with ample bass and no midrange honk, notorious challenges of the NV400. The upgraded reverb tank Jerry added is the last challenge these classic amps had. Great deal here!

Thanks for the bump Dave. Yes, sweet powerful tone out of these John Lemay modded amps.
I should add that this one also has a replacement reverb cable module built by our electronics guru Ken Fox.
The separate head lets you use any speaker cab you like and divides the load.
This one is not particularly light weight but is more manageable.

Due to obscene freight costs and to try to keep the cost under $500 for a buyer, I'm making a one time price drop to $450 plus shipping.
Still, pickup or regional meeting takes priority.
This statement sums it up for me:
