Cover from the Sweetheart of the Rodeo album

Post by Michael Heaphy »

Just though I'd post this home studio recording of Nothing Was Delivered...my friends son played bass and electric guitars on this and that was a treat...also a hat tip to Scott at Steeltronics because his new pickup in in my old Sho~Bud here...recorded through a Nashville 400...also a bit of a tribute to the Great Lloyd Green and J D Maness who,as you know, played steel on this album over 50 years ago !

Really like this Michael! Everything from the musicianship to the video is great. And that Bud with your touch really gives it that Sweetheart feel. Thanks for posting this.

Hello Mike...just wanted to say "Thank You So Much" for your very kind words...that made my day. It was a fun song to cover with all that great steel going on. Very happy you liked it. Best Regards and thanks again...Mike
