There is a De Arcos Pedal Steel for sale on Ebay. It looks to be a nice steel. But who builds them, never heard of them B4. Description says they are built in Peoria, Ill.

It looks like a home-made job...probably a pull-release changer, single raise/lower, with non-adjustable legs held in by thumbscrews! A kinda basic and inexpensive "starter" pedal steel I suppose, but with a rather nice-looking keyhead.

Probably not worth what they're asking for BIN.
