BJS Birth Stone

I have a BJS bar with a birthstone. The birthstone fell out so I emailed BJS. Butch from BJS simply asked me which birthstone and for my address. He sent me two different sizes and instructions to replace the stone that fell out. He asked for nothing, not even shipping.

The BJS bar has a great reputation among steel players because of how it's made. I'm just trying to endorse the customer service on top of an already great product.

Way to go Butch, my problem is solved and your integrity reinforces the BJS Standard.
