With the third string tuned to 442 on C6 what is the number of the first string tuned to G? Also the half step raise on the G? Is there a chart somewhere yet?

If you have the 5th ( G ) on top, it sounds good tuned to the root, so in your case somewhere in the ballpark of 442.
That half tone raise to G# works well tuned as a major 3rd above E, and can still work in tune as the #11 of D9. |

When I had a D-10, I tuned (both necks) using the Peterson Newman Sweetened tunings (ref to 442.5).
I was one of the few that still used a high G on the first string on the C6th. Herby Wallace was one of the "big name" steelers that still used a G. |
