The only place I've seen them is on Scotty's Music website. I have a few of them and they are great!

I bought the Jerry Byrd CDs to go with his book from Scotty’s son about a year ago. He answered my email pretty quickly. Would be worth a try to reach out.

Russ is here on the forum sometimes. Possibly reach out to him directly. As for Scotty’s store stuff, I thought I heard that Jim Palenscar may have possibly acquired some of the stuff, it might be worth checking with him as well.
