Sounds great. Is he playing with 3 fingers + thumb? Sort of looks like it.

No, he's only using two finger picks. You can see it clearly if you pause at 18 seconds. And yes, he's a great player! :mrgreen:

Apparently he’s Canadian and does a lot of studio work in Montreal.
I don't know much but what I know I know very well.

taped a show from halifax w/this group. vocals all french butreal country. but like most good country music programs it didn't last long.

Checked some more of him playing on You-Tube. It show him with 3 different Sho-Buds. Him playing a Lloyd Green, A red S-10 and a Red D-10. He is quite a steel player.

Brings back memories, On Tour in France 1962-64 with U.S. Army. Hearing country music Sung in the French Language.

I’m thinking that this is the same guy that I saw several years ago, who was the steel player on the Tommy Hunter Show. I like the sound of his LDG, better than the Super Pro. A little fuller sounding, and not as thin on the highs. He is a very good player.
