Cobra Coil E9th Strings

Does anyone have any information about STEEL GUITAR NASHVILLE?? They took an on line order from me for Cobra Coil strings. Since then, no strings, no response from anyone.

From these threads, you can clearly see that the website takes orders and payments, but nobody here has gotten anything for the last year or two, nor has anybody been able to get in touch with them. I know that I have tried a few times myself, to no avail.

I'm sorry to say you will need to dispute the charge. Paypal will attempt to contact them - if they can't get an affirmative answer to them shipping your strings, they will credit you. Don't wait very long - there is a time limit for paypal disputes.
