Dekley Slimline vs non Slimline

Post by James Murphy »

If I were looking at a Dekley pedal steel, how would I know if it was a Slimline versus a non Slimline model? Would it have a Slimline decal? If not, what are other ways to tell? Or are all Dekley steels called Slimline? Thanks.

George…thanks for providing the link to that Dekley manual. That’s what I needed.

Great guitars slimlines are the best had three of them sound wise to close to a Emmons legrand very staple running. Very little cabinet drop. Wish I could fine a D10 slimline...

The slimline has an aluminum trim strip along the bottom of the front apron. The earlier models do not. Both are great guitars.
