That's a Teisco SS-4L from 1964. I believe they sold for about $79 back then. (Teisco made a TON of 4-pickup guitars.)

Teisco actually made a few "higher end" electrics, that were of better quality than most of the common ones you see out there.. they go for some stupid money these days.
This guy played a Teisco for years back in the day and he wasn't too bad of a player..
