Need a guitar for show in Florida

Post by Marty Broussard »

Hi Folks,
Im playing a show with Tracy Byrd on April 2nd in Belle Glade at The Black Gold Jubilee. Id like to avoid hauling my steel to the airport in Oaklahoma to fly out there. Do any fellow steel guitarist from around that area want to work a deal so I could utilize a local guitar for that show? I would bring my seat, etc….just need a guitar.

Any help is appreciated.

Best regards,
Marty B.

I am in the panhandle, or you would be welcome to mine.

I don't know anyone that far south, but Nick Reed has a get together in central Fl. He might know someone.
AUTHORIZED George L's, Goodrich, Telonics and Peavey Dealer: I have 2 steels and several amps. My current rig of choice is 1993 Emmons LeGrande w/ 108 pups (Jack Strayhorn built for me), Goodrich OMNI Volume Pedal, George L's cables, Goodrich Baby Bloomer and Peavey Nashville 112. Can't get much sweeter.
