Hello. I am a beginner looking for a steel in Australia... particularly a 10-string steel in playable conditions with at least 3 pedals and 4 knee levers, Emmons set up.

If any sellers have experience shipping internationally and would be willing to do so again, please let me know.

Honestly, I have what you want, but I think you would be much better off finding one in AU. The cost, the hassle, the time to ship, and the probability that the guitar would arrive undamaged far outweigh the cost of buying in AU.

Just my 2 cents.
