Steve Hinson (Brand X Cases) built me a split case set for my Sho-Bud and I lost 10 ugly pounds. More like a drummer's road case than a guitar case, but very durable.

I can recommend Jim Heep (Loud n Proud Inc.). He sells SKB cases with custom foam. I have one for my Mullen SD12 and have flown and toured with it.
Some gear.

I use a soft sided keyboard case. I lined it with plush covered 1 inch case lining foam. Weighs almost nothing. I can get you the model and make of case if you're interested. I think it was only about $25.00. My pedal bar and legs bag go into a separate, shotgun soft sided case. Both work great

Gator case has a very nice thick and well padded bag I can't remember the model but it's listed for I think a 47 Key keyboard.

Bob, George hasn't posted since June 2021. I hope he's ok. You may want to try his email. I believe they were getting a tactical case for the pedalboard. I bought one a couple years ago and covid hit so I haven't tried it out.

I use a Bull Dog bd-35. It's referred to as a tactical shotgun case. Available from Cabelas, and many others. Fits my Legrande d10 pedal bar and leg bag.
