Great song, Excellent band and superbly recorded. The steel was really nicely integrated into the song. The engineers know exactly what they are doing. Nicely played David. I loved the whole vibe!

Excellent! Great tune, great mix, and the lap steel is a terrific touch. Well done!

Sounds great, both the steel and the whole mix, very danceable (tho my limited Spanish is too limited to understand lyrics)

Here's the steel: https://youtu.be/tq3BFrYmNfs?t=68
- keyless Sonny Jenkins laps stay in tune forever!; Carter PSG
- The secret sauce: polyester sweatpants to buff your picks, cheapo Presonus channel strip for preamp/EQ/compress/limiter, Diet Mountain Dew

Bob, what you see in the video is my 1938 Oahu. What you actually hear in the song is my 1960 Fender D8 Stringmaster. Unfortunately had to sell both my Stringmasters in 2021, but hopefully 2022 will allow me to buy another one.

The band liked the look of a lap steel for the video vs. a console.
