Hi,
I aquired my Sho-Bud 6140 back in late 70's. It originally came with 6 pedals to the left, not centered and no knee levers. Not long after I bought it had two left Knee levers fitted and three pedals taken off. set up as E9th. It has been in storage for a number of years and has some moisture damage, Restoration is coming along nicely, but I have a few questions.
What thickness and type of wood were the original hard cases made out of. Ply, MDF etc. I need to make a new case and I don't want it to finish up too heavy, on the other hand it doesn't want to be too flimsy.

Thanks in advance

Peter

Hi Peter -

Sorry, no advice on the case, but could you post a few pictures of your restoration? Thanks.
