Very nice tones on the steel and the dobro and all the ingredients of the recording process.
People say that when Buddy plays ANY guitar he can make it sound good. I'm sure it is the same with you, Basil.
It's the hands that play are the biggest factor in the sound.

A long time ago, around 1979-81 Basil was playing steel for Irish Country Star Philomena Begley at the Wembley Country Music Festival in London, we were friends before that and I was looking forward to seeing him again. His Emmons was stolen from his car overnight and he was left with nothing to play. At that time I manufactured Steel Guitars and was exhibiting them there and he came and asked to borrow one of mine, I spent hours changing a regular set up to his Instructions, Like nothing I had seen before or since, I can tell you though Basil has probably forgot more about playing Steel than most of us ever knew, he got his job done and returned the Guitar. Another player from Canada turned up with nothing to play, he had been told an Instrument would be supplied, well I had to give him one too for his appearance. the best part of the weekend for me was the appearance of Lloyd Green playing Solo.
