Peavey Vegas Telecaster settings.

Post by Dave Hepworth »

Hi Folks,
Are there any double duty players out there who use a Vegas 400 ?
If so could you take a photo of your right hand channel eq settings for typical Telecaster use.Not really sure how to optimise this passive channel to get a good sound without being too middle dense.I know its not steel related but any help would be appreciated. I get a great steel sound on the left channel but the right seems to elude me .Thanks for looking.

Dave,
I will try and snap a pic of my Tele channel settings on my Vegas once I get setup for my gig tonight. I saw this the other day and meant to do it but I got side-tracked and forgot.

Andy, if you don’t mind, howbout posting your settings in public? I’m sure I’m not the only one lurking here who is always interested in the topic of amp settings, whether they actually do me any good or not.

Hi Fred,
I don't mind, I was just taking the easy way out since the pic was on my phone but here you go.

Thankyou Andy.I will use these settings and see how I go on with them.If OK it will negate the hauling of 2 amps to gigs.

I used to use one Dave, i'd run a 2 channel mixer and eq them individually for steel and guitar, much less work than 2 amps.
A.K.A Chappy.
