Day...What A Great Influence
I want to wish a Happy Birthday to Brett Day... coming up in a few days is I believe his 40th birthday...
I first met Brett when Lainey Hicks introduced us. Brett was staying at Russ's house. I was struck by his kind heart and impressed beyond words at Brett's determination to play PSG...It was clear Brett had and would continue having some physical obstacles...None of what he faced changed his desire to play PSG...
Brett could have easily chosen the piano which would have been a lot easier for him but instead of taking an easier path he carried on towards his desire and played the PSG...
Brett has also helped answer everyones questions about who played what, or who is playing with various artists and I am astonished at how correct he usually is with his answers...I am also inspired by his desire to guide others while he continues his personal musical journey..Brett is a master of living life to the fullest...Please join me in wishing Brett a very "Happy Birthday"...Well done Brett

Happy b'day to Brett, a true lover of steel. And he knows more about who's playing with whom than any other steel player, fan, or whatever, than anybody. And a perfect example of strength and perseverance when faced with physical challenges. Rock on, Brett!!
My rig: Infinity and Telonics.
Son, we live in a world with walls, and those walls have to be guarded by men with steel guitars. Who's gonna do it? You? You, Lt. Weinberg?
