Strobostomp HD: Super low price?

I just spotted this out on the internet. Never heard of this--Ludcot.com--they say they are an international fashion company servicing over 40 countries--looks like a lot of lady fashions, which makes this deal look out of place. They do accept Paypal, which is reasurring. Best price I've ever seen, with free shipping.

Has anyone dealt with this company?

I searched Google for Strobo Plus HD tuners once, and found a horn store in Texas that had a new one foe $99, when all other online store were selling for $149. Searching can sometimes find good deals.

Last November Musician's Friend was blowing these out for $63 (I got one). So the price is not impossible.
Would I send my money to this Ludcot.com? Not on your life.
