Sad to hear about this
RIP Dusty Hill.
Saw ZZ Top in concert 10 years ago at Byron Bluesfest in NSW.
They were great!

First saw those guys in San Antonio in the early 90's (though I'd listened to them for years before that). I was at a conference for work, and walking through the hotel where we were staying, we saw some long beards walking through the lobby. Turned out there was a show that night at the adjacent colosseum and tickets were still available. Got tickets and watched a great show--probably at the peak of their "showiness" with laser show, fuzzy guitars, people mover on stage etc. Mainly good solid music. Outstanding in all regards. RIP

Such an influence and pioneer in the rock scene. He will be greatly missed.
