It was one of these that Zane used to make the Red LP on. Great sounding guitar. Was called a student model but had all the same parts as his Pro Models did. Great little guitar. J.R. Rose

One of the cool things about Zane Beck's design is that all the parts you need are available at the local hardware store. Or easily made with simple tools.
The other thing is that they sound really good! :D
