With Jeff Newman's E9 sweetener tuning do you tune strings B and G# with A & B pedals both engaged simultanously, together, at the same time or pedal A first and then pedal B ? Same question with B & C. Same question with F lever (with or without pedal A engaged ?) Thanks.
