18 Bit digital effects processor. Works perfectly and comes with Alesis original wall wart. Haven't used it in years and don't need it for any of my current equipment, so off it goes.

I only ever used it for reverb and delay, but it includes chorus, flanger, and rotary effects as well. Here is the manual which explains how to use all of them.
