Ebay
Never again! I sold a primo tele on there not too long ago. They added tax fees, charging the buyer the extra money, still sent me an ebay fee of $125 & $100 still missing from my monies after all the extra money they took! No more for me!

Billy , watch with eBay, I had LDG listed with them, and sold it somewhere else, they charged me the whole eBay fee after I deleted the ad, they told me that eBay helped me sell the guitar, and because of that they charged me their fee ... since then I pulled all of my guitars off of eBay, and haven't listed anything anymore , and I never will again...

eBay has set things up so the Buyer holds all the cards.
I sold a thoroughly and accurately described guitar on eBay with the "no returns" button clicked. The buyer decided he did not want it after I carefully packed and shipped it. The Buyer said it was not accurately described and returned it. I had to refund the total amount, pay for shipping both ways (more than $200. total) and found the guitar was modified by the buyer before he returned it. There was nothing I could do.
I will not be selling much on eBay in the future.

EBay fees
A buyer from China wanted to buy my Emmons.
He offered pay pal.
I hadn't used my account in years.
I checked his profile and found he joined the Forum the day before.
I told him I would only accept a cashiers check drawn on Chase Bank .
He sent the funds to paypal.
Then PayPal notified me they returned the funds to the man less buyers fees.
Then they notified me my account was delinquent by $167.00
Then they turned me over to a collection agency.
After a hassle I paid the fee rather than litigation.
No more PayPal ever.

The last time I tried to sell something I wanted to use PayPal but EBay said they had discontinued using PqyPal and I had to receive any payments to a bank account. I don't trust anyone messing with my bank accounts so I haven't tried to sell anything since then. About 2-3 months ago.
I have a lot of stuff to sell but where can I sell it now? Any suggestions/ideas?
