Marcel Bontempi - steel guitar showmanship!

Post by Andy Volk »

Kinda wacky but Marcel delivers the steel guitar goods.

So many of us play while staring glumly at the fretboard look for that Dm7b5 chord - it must be around here somewhere. Maybe something like this will catch some kid's eye and light a fire under them to play the instrument?

That's what I liked about Buddy Emmons.
He always looked like he was having fun playing his guitar.
Most steel players look like they've just dropped a log in their BVDs. :D

He is a rockabilly musician in Germany. See Marcel Bontempi on YouTube.
