Modern Excel Overhaul

Post by Baron Collins-Hill »

I'm working on buying a modern keyless Excel superb and looking for someone to do an overhaul to my copedent. It requires a re-rod and another knee lever, as well as a general once over since I'm no steel mechanic. I've heard Steve Sanford is the man for the job, but have been unable to make contact. Anyone have suggestions for someone to do a top notch job? I've got a pretty dense copedent in mind, so I'd like someone who really knows Excels in-and-out.

Thanks,
Baron

Lynn Stafford at Steel Guitar West is in your region/area and his workmanship is excellent.

I’ll second the Lynn Stafford recommendation.

He can work wonders on anything that wears pedals, plus he’s just up the road from PDX near Vancouver, WA.
