I know I have his Standard (low bass) Hawaiian method, not sure if I have this one though. I'll keep you in mind if I come across it as I'm going through stuff.

If you please, will someone enlighten me as to the difference between high bass tuning and low bass tuning?

I just found a copy of his Low bass book (along with a variety of other old, low bass books from that era) at the local Friends of the Library sale. Would have cost a dollar. After looking through them, I opted to not bother getting any.
