heres a throwback i did years ago. leavitt tuning. maybe some new non pedal members have not heard this one. for sure an E66 pickup. drum loop and i played some elec bass along with it. great tune with two different sections so that you can improvise different ideas.

Wow! My new favorite version of Caravam(p)!
How many strings on the lap steel for this one, Bill? |

thank goodness for the search function here!
it was 12 years ago i recorded this and put it on. 12 strings. low to high E Bb C# E G A B C D E F F#.
i had this 12 string on a D 10/12. i sold it as a sd10. kept all the parts. i am going to make a console type guitar and use some of the odd parts i have. have no idea exactly how many necks/strings, but it should be interesting. |

That was really great Bill. I'm sort of living in Leavitt tuning these days and it's starting to make sense after of couple years of arranging in that tuning. I can appreciate the thought behind the chops in your playing of Caravan. _________________ https://www.MasterGuitarists.com/ |
