Nice speaker, clear , warm, pretty neutral. Highs are not spikey, bass is tight. 6.6 lbs, 8 ohms. But don't take my word for it..here's what Eminence says:

I bought it to try and lighten the load with my Little Walter, but I'm sticking with my JBL. Apples and oranges..
