I'm sure this is not an original question but I'm working on a volume pedal and I need string to work the pot. My first thought was dial cord but the local Radio Shack didn't have the foggiest notion what I was talking about. Does anyone make string for this purpose? What do you guys suggest. I haven't found anything locally that looks like it would work. Any help appreciated. |

Don, I use nylon chord for my Emmons Volume Pedals. I have more than I'll ever use. If you want to send me your snail mail address I'll send you all you'll ever need for a long time. |

It's a coated nylon weave string, aprox. 1/16 " in dia.
George L's sells a pack of the exact string you need. Enough in 1 pack for at least two repairs.
