From the 1996 International Steel Guitar Convention - LIVE.
First I apologize that we did not get Al Bruno or Dean Baxter in the mix. We didn't get sound checks, so once in a while we would slip up.
Probably the greatest steel guitar player of all time. I just love it when Tommy would make a little blunder. He could cover it so most people never knew. Not unlike Buddy Emmons, except Buddy would let out a big laugh. Tommy just kept a straight face and kept on going.
Enjoy the one and only Tommy White.
On stage with Tommy L-r
Dean Baxter - Fiddle
David Russell - Fiddle
Bobby Caldwell - Guitar
Al Bruno - Guitar
Ric Boyer - Bass
Tommy White - Steel
Bobby Regot - Drums
Leonard T Zinn - Rhythm Guitar
Roy Rosetta - Piano
Sitting on floor - Scotty Scott
Standing behind piano - Carl Dixon
Enjoy my long time pal. Tommy White.

Thanks, Bill - Tommy's got to be my favourite player!
'Accomplished' barely expresses it for me. _________________ Roger Rettig: Emmons D10, B-bender Teles, Martins, and a Gibson Super 400!
