Thank you Paul Wade, you are a great old customer, and great ole' player.
Your comments are well received, however, regardless of how hard we try, at times we still can't give the service we wish we could.
With the staff we now have, Jeanie, Danny, Larry, Jill and Sarha, service is near perfect I feel. Sure a lot better than in the beginning when I had to do it myself. But that was 24 years ago. Paul, I think you were a good customer then also.
Just understand, we know we aren't really perfect all the time, but we all try 100% of the time and appreciate all comments, (good or bad, via e-mail)

Bobbe has always been efficient in every order I have ever placed with him. I don't even remember the first time I placed an order with him but it was a long time ago. Thanks Bobbe for the great service you give us "steelers".

OK, we all love Bobbe...but be careful or you'll give him a big head...gotta keep him humble, you know. Why...he might just start giving away stuff and...oh my God!!...start telling some of those old jokes again!!! Be careful, be very careful.
Think about it...he's already expanded his building and added all kinds of new services...see what I mean!! Next thing you know, he'll think he's the biggest steel guitar seller in the world!!
Dear Lord, I think it's started already!!!!

Hey guys, I have a new policy,
here it is:
Any time I tell you an old corny joke you've heard before, I pay you a dollar.
( already owe my secretary enough that she can retire).
Get me before I go broke,
