I think Weldon Myrick was still on, wasn't until a couple years later around 1998 or so that he was replaced. If you talking about the road pickers, I remember Hank Corwin too. |

Weldon Myrick's music history lists him as house band steel guitarist for 32 years from 1968 to about 2000 at the Grand Old Opry.
Donna Hammitt played steel at the Opry with Bill Anderson, When she was in his road band. |

Ricky, I enjoyed seeing the clip you posted. I like the music played by Dale and always love to hear you play.

Didn’t know there was a tv special, I haven’t watched the opry in years, I came to the same conclusion. Does bring back a lot of good memories though. |
