Zvex Woolly Mammoth Hand-Painted (10-6-2006)

Long time listener (since 2016), first time caller. In other words: I've been thoroughly educated, informed (and many times amused) by the all of you on the SGF; I most recently purchased on the SGF before (cables from Erv most recently)…but this is my first listing.

I have a hand-painted ZVex Woolly Mammoth from the "Myrold period" in very good condition and great working order. This one is dated 10-6-2006.

"Designed for bass, a favorite for guitar, this incredibly sub-frequency-preserving unit will hold on to the lowest lows like no fuzz ever heard before. It features a gentle gate for silencing your instrument between notes or phrases, and has an EQ control that smoothly selects between more bass and more treble."

A thick, deep fuzz; the noise gate ("PINCH") on these things is where the fun begins!

This particular unit has a few nicks in the paint and a very slight sheen from is likely the faint remains of pedalboard Velcroâ„¢ tape.

I'd happily ship to the lower 48 for free for $300 plus a donation to the SGF.
