Volume pedal for modeller

I use the Fractal Audio Ax8 for guitar and now pedal steel.

I have a Moog expression pedal linked to a volume block to use as a volume pedal.

Will there be any benefit spending money on a Goodrich or Hilton volume pedal vs my current solution?

If anyone else is using the same set up how have you set your volume parameters in the Axe FX?
