I didn’t know of him! Amazing. After reading a bit more it seems that he abandoned the dobro. Is that true?

He did abandon the dobro for a while and he played straight steel for a while, but recently he is playing 8 string dobro.

Apparently, his amazing live lesson on playing dobro on bebop changes couldn't be archived because facebook blocked it for copyright reasons.

Holy moly!
A banjo, like a pet monkey, seems like a good idea at first.
