This is a nice Carter D-10 Pedal Steel Guitar. $2900 plus shipping (approx $104). The only reason for selling is age (mine). I learned steel as a hobby, beginning with a Fender Deluxe 8 (no pedals), then onto a Sho Bud Maverick Pedal, and finally the Carter. But I played electric guitar and keys for over 50 years professionally, on-stage, 5 night a week, every week. What a life!
Steel is my favorite instrument but as all know, the most difficult to learn.
This steel guitar is in excellent shape as you will see in the photos. It is a double neck steel, with 8 pedals and 5 knee levers. Strings are set up for E9 and C6 tunings. There is a switch in between the necks to select either or both necks to be active. The sale includes the original plush-lined case, legs and leg bag, and pedal rods. Also comes with tuning key to adjust pedal and knee lever tuning. Does NOT include volume pedal seen in pictures.
