Who can add a Vertical Knee lever near Las Vegas, NV?

Happy New Year to you all! I'm looking for someone who can professionally install a 5th (LKV) knee lever on a Mullen Discovery.
Hoping to find someone here in Southern Nevada. I'd be willing to drive to Bakersfield, CA. if necessary.
