I just wanted to say a big thank you to Sage Benado for him taking time out of from his weekend to go over sounds, settings, etc. with my Steel Dream.
He was such a big help and was very patient and informative...

Just had the same experience- I thought I had a problem with my steel dream, so I sent Sage an email.. and about 5 minutes later I realized it was something else in the chain, and literally before I could send another email my phone rang and it was Sage. Told him I solved the problem, and he spent the next 15 minutes telling me tips and tricks I could do with the Steel Dream.
