I think Brett Resnick plays in Kelsey's band and on her albums. He's also played steel on the road and in the studio with Kasey Musgraves. Great player!

Thanks Jeff, I really think his sound is great! He's one of my new favorites, such an interesting style classic but new, thanks for the video!

I just found this post from Frank Freniere from a year or so ago when Brett was with Kasey Musgraves. I'd say it's two thumbs up for Brett!

Thanks everyone for the kind words! That is so great to hear that Kelsey is getting some air play on XM. I always love working and making music with Kelsey, she really free’s me up to be at my most creative and unique. We just released a new EP of covers that was recorded a few months ago called “They’ll never keep us down” on the late John Prine’s Oh Boy label. (Pains me to say that) I also did a podcast a couple months ago talking about my pedal steel journey, and eventually becoming a member of Kacey Musgraves band, here is the link to that. https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/e ... 0497715907

Thanks again for the kind words, hopefully there will be some live shows next year and I will be coming through some of your guys town.

Cheers,
Brett

Same here from me Brett, Love your playing with both Kacey and Kelsey (I hear a song title in there somewhere), if you are ever up in the NYC/NJ area, ring me up and keep up the great playing!

Brett is a class act, I was blown away the first time I saw him play in 2015. Killer player and you won’t meet a nicer fella!
