What’s Jeremy Wakefield up to?

Post by Danny Roy »

Does anyone know what Jeremy has been doing steel-wise lately? It seems like he’s vanished from the steel guitar world in the past few years. I hope he’s still playing or planning another fantastic album. Anyhow, just looking to see what he’s been up to.

I don't know the man or what he is up to, but this rung a bell and I remembered this: https://www.instagram.com/p/CF3NYQbBECU/
It's just a short clip of him taking a 1954 Fender Custom T8 that a guitar shop here in Portland had for sale for a spin from early October. He's clearly still got it, whether or not he's working on any active projects.

Thanks Ben! Although it’s a short clip, it put a huge smile on my face.
