WTB GFI pedal and parts

Looking for GFI Pedal and parts needed to add a pedal. I just acquired an old GFI SM. It actually plays well, but was produced with only 2 pedals. I'm trying to avoid shipping it in but I've had no luck finding parts. The pedals are mostly flat with ridges on the foot end. Any suggestions would be great. I've about decided to ship it up to GFI to construct these parts. Apparently the dimensions have changed over the years.

After talking to GFI they say that my unit is so old that they may have to fashion the parts as the dimensions have changed some. I just want something that will work but I guess Iâ€™m going to have to send this in to GFI. Not really wanting to do that but I guess if I want it right I better.
