This Pedal Steel has a build date 01-15-2013 and I bought it 04-2013 it was a 3X2. Bought 2 inch longer legs and rods for it because when I put my foot on volume pedal right legs were off the floor. I got the right knee lever kits RL & RR and put on so now 3X4 so now it's a 3X4 and has 2 sets of legs and rods stock and 2 inch's longer. Also has a Don Blood arm rest and DeWitt Scott's Pedal Steel Guitar Method Book and CD. All for $1575. Or if picked up local $1450. Thanks Gene nw9o65@outlook.com

I'm a beginner Gene, and I have been told that pedal steel is a difficult instrument but I have always loved the sound. Would your guitar be OK for a never-laid-hands-on novice? Does it come with a case and volume pedal?
Your post caught my eye because this Texas guy spent a summer in Walkerton Indiana in 1967.
Thanks. Randy
