Anyone know who plays steel on Porter Wagoner’s album “The Bottom of the Bottle Don Warden? Can’t find personnel info.
Thanks,
Nick

Don't know about the rest of album, but the title song has Buck Trent on his electric banjo with benders (the first verse, and the verse after the turnaround), and Pete Drake on steel (on the turnaround and last verse). I'd guess those two were on the rest of the album too; I'm pretty sure they're on most of the Porter stuff from that era (some of the Dolly stuff too, and the duets).
I can't get enough of this Buck Trent stuff. There have been several threads about him over the years.
