I like the concept of cutting what you have on your 12 string back to fit your 10 string. I play a 10 string setup as a Universal myself.

The only suggestion I have, again you are already setup with a copedent you play on your 12, is to think about adding a pull to a lever to drop the G# to E. That would give you that 11th string single note.
