Modern Bluegrass, Americana/Country Folk video

Post by Eddy Dunlap »

I just found a video I did with Lindsay Lou last year. Forgot how much fun the day was and how much steel guitar was featured.(Even a solo at 2:09) It's always a treat to get to play music without genre boundaries or putting a label on it. Hope you dig!

Eddy, that was a great video, and loved the band, and your tasteful playing.

I enjoyed it too. Keep it simple, make it tasteful.

Very tasty Eddie. These days us Nashville players feel like we have to play something at superspeed. We forget what actually got us into steel guitar. Slow pretty tasty stuff.

That right there... that's why you get the good gigs. Straight up taste that seamlessly blends with the style of the song. Harder than it looks!
