2014 Nashville B Bender

Post by David Dixon »

I traded for this as a new guitar for a particular gig. I haven't used it 4 years. I am looking to trade for a lighter telecaster or a fender lap steel. Let me know what you've got.

First, is this an American tele? I have a very nice 8 string lap that I built that I would trade for the guitar if it’s American..Let me know and I’ll send pictures. I also have a 52 reissue Telecaster I may trade. It’s immaculate!

The Fender B-Bender Tele started life around 1996 as a 2 pup guitar. it ceased life around 2014. They are all USA Models with the pre-manufactured Parsons-Green installed accessory.

While this guitar is referred to as the Nashville Series B Bender, the guitar really has no direct connection to the Deluxe Nashville Telecaster manufactured in Mexico, other than it has 3 Pups. The PUPS are different and the neck profile is different, this guitar is a 9.5 profile while the Deluxe Nashville Model has a stated 12.0 radius, but they LOOK the same and both have "Nashville" in the model name. It can be confusing to say the least.

Davids photos above reveal the US / S/N.

Its a great guitar , a great Telecaster !

:D Ask me how I know !

Someone should grab it soon.

I have a 98 tele just like the Bbender its the one that fender started putting the bender in. Pups just like that they made it 2 years then started putting B bender in it.
